Luxor Staffing is hiring an Warehouse Administrative Assistant paying up to $25.00 per hour depending on experience. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
1st shift schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm
Our manufacturing client is seeking a motivated entry-level Warehouse Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates starting their professional career who want hands-on training, responsibility, and long-term growth.
No prior office management experience required. We will train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily office and administrative operations
- Answer phones and emails in English and Spanish
- Data entry, filing, and document organization
- Assist with scheduling, order coordination, and office support
- Work closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
Required:
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Strong communication and organization
- Reliable, positive, and eager to learn
- Team-oriented mindset
Preferred:
- Recent graduate or entry-level office or customer service experience
