About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at Watkins Glen Corning KOA Resort as a Recreation and Activities Team Member! You will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests in the beautiful surroundings of Watkins Glen, NY.


Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead recreational activities for guests of all ages.
• Assist in planning and organizing events and special activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of activity areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance guest experiences.
• Monitor guest participation and provide support as needed.
• Promote and encourage participation in resort activities.
• Handle equipment and supplies related to activities responsibly.
• Operate the water slide to include enforcement of slide rules

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in recreation, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment as needed.
• Passion for outdoor activities and guest engagement.
