Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments
- Provide preventive care, including prophylaxis, perio maintenance, scaling and root planing, and fluoride treatments
- Take digital radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Document patient treatment and findings in electronic dental records.
- Administer local anesthesia when necessary
- Foster a welcoming, positive experience for every patient
