Preventative Maintenance Foreman

As a Preventative Maintenance Foreman, you will lead a medium-sized team of 6-15 maintenance personnel in the upkeep and repair of mechanical industrial production equipment. Balancing hands-on work with supervisory responsibilities, you will guide your team’s growth and expertise while ensuring equipment reliability through effective preventative maintenance practices. This role requires flexibility with regular shifts and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment to maintain optimal performance
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills
• Balance hands-on maintenance work with leadership duties
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company maintenance standards
