Childcare Assistant

We are seeking a Childcare Assistant to join our team! You will assist in the development and supervision of children.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and interact with children in a safe and compassionate manner
• Implement creative activities to assist with child development
• Create a positive and nurturing environment for children
• Perform a variety of tasks, such as nurturing our children, ensuring a clean and safe environment, maintaining a happy and fun atmosphere, assist with teaching, meal prep and feeding, toileting, diaper changes, maintaining a clean environment, and keeping our parents well informed about their children's progress.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with childcare or other related fields
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children and their parents
• Positive and patient demeanor
