Inventory Control Specialist

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Elite Tactical Systems Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy while providing support in shipping and assembling as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and committed to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory transactions.
• Count, verify, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Receive and organize incoming inventory.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through attention to detail and quality checks.
• Provide support in shipping and assembly as needed.
• Support quarterly physical inventory counts, including occasional Saturday work.
• Work closely with team members to ensure inventory, shipping, and assembly processes run efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing inventory experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
