Should have 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and meet the following requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
- Manufacturing or warehouse HR experience
- Payroll and workers’ compensation experience
- Employee relations and investigations experience
- Experience with UKG or another HRIS
- Knowledge of California labor law
- Full-cycle recruitment experience (Preferred)
The pay ranges are:
- HR Coordinator: $25–$32 (DOE)
- HR Generalist: $28–$38 (DOE)
