Tumbling/Acro Instructor

The Tumbling/Acro Instructor will lead small and large group classes focused on youth programs, delivering expert coaching in tumbling and acrobatics. This role involves assessing skills, planning classes, and ensuring a safe, motivating environment to help students improve their technique and progress in their abilities. The position operates on a regular weekday schedule with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Coach tumbling and acrobatics skills effectively
• Assess student skills and track progress
• Plan classes tailored to varying skill levels
• Monitor safety during all activities
• Set up equipment for sessions
• Motivate students and correct technique
• Guide students through warm-up routines

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in gymnastics instruction
• Knowledge of gymnastics coaching and tumbling techniques
• Familiarity with acrobatics and safety compliance
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Patience and ability to work within a team
