Home Health Clinical Supervisor (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health agency as a Clinical Supervisor. This is a hybrid position that combines field nursing supervision with office-based clinical operations. The Clinical Supervisor will ensure high-quality patient care, provide oversight of field staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and support the daily clinical operations of the agency.

Responsibilities:

• Complete supervisory visits
• Conduct nursing competency assessments and skill evaluations
• Orient and train newly hired nurses
• Perform patient assessments as needed
• Ensure care is provided according to physician orders and agency policies
• Review and approve nursing documentation
• Monitor completion of visit notes and documentation
• Review schedule and assist with staffing coverage
• Maintain employee credentialing and HR compliance files
• Ensure Plan of Care and physician orders are completed timely
• Participate in survey preparation and regulatory compliance activities

Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Home Health experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and home health regulations
