Chiropractic Assistant

Description:

• 30-35 hours/week
• • Attend 1 whole staff meeting per week at Fridays from 1:30-2:30pm (paid)
• Adopt Connect First values and philosophy
• Manage client interactions
• • In-office, phone, text, email
• Manage client accounts in EHR software
• Collecting payment, updating invoices, updating patient profiles
• Assist with client office flow
• • Report preparation, assistance with exams, directing patient traffic
• Assist with Opening/Closing office

Compensation:

• $25 to $30/hour
• • Paid onboarding and training
  • Includes meetings and out of office marketing/training events
  • Does not include staff social events
  • Bi-monthly* pay-period through ADP
  • W2
  • Log time through ADP app
