Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant

Location: Franklin, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for customers and plays an important role in keeping our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

%CF; Answer and direct a multi-line phone system

%CF; Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner

%CF; Assist with Accounts Payable using QuickBooks

%CF; Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

%CF; Support office staff with a variety of administrative tasks

%CF; File and organize paperwork

%CF; Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks

%CF; Perform general office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

%CF; Experience with QuickBooks (required)

%CF; Knowledge of Microsoft Office

%CF; Strong customer service and communication skills

%CF; Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office

%CF; Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

%CF; Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

%CF; Ability to work well as part of a team
