Account/Collections Analyst

We are seeking an Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping with inbound calls, assisting with customer service and providing office administration support. Bi-lingual is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer payments
• Load new customer accounts and contracts
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Administrative tasks
