Luxury Dog Daycare & Boarding Team Member- Growth-oriented, All Rolls

We're a growing dog daycare and boarding business looking for a people-person who TRULY LOVES DOGS and wants to learn all aspects of the business. This is not a "dog walker" job - it's a hands-on opportunity to grow with us, take on more responsibility, and help shape how we run and improve our operations.

You'll play a core role in:

• Knowing all roles and aspects of the busines- As you continue into higher leadership positions, these experiences will allow you to understand the full scope of business needs, requirements, and team production
• Providing high-quality, safe, and fun care for dogs in daycare and overnight boarding
• Building trust and relationships with pets, pet parents and team members
• Learning front-desk operations, scheduling, client communication, and basic business systems
• Helping identify ways to improve safety, routines and customer experience

What you'll do:

• Supervise active play, feeding, and cleaning routines in a safe , structured environment
• Greet dogs and families warmlly; ensure smooth drop-offs and pickups
• Follow protocols for safety, cleanliness, and behavior (separating dogs appropriately, monitoring for stress, etc.)
• Communicate updates and concerns with pet parents in a professional, empathetic way
• Assist with feeding, cleaning kennels/areas, and general housekeeping
• Learn and support scheduling, check-in/check-out proceedures and basic software tools
• Look for opportunities to help the business grow inside and out (referrals, sales, feedback, process suggestions)
