Fast Casual and Casual Restaurant General Managers Wanted

Restaurant General Managers and Managers needed for growing Restaurant Group in the San Antonio area. This will be for a High Volume Fast Casual or Casual restaurant. The right candidates need to possess a strong passion for customer service, be upbeat, personable, and have a genuine love for hospitality. In addition, likes to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• 3-5 years minimum General Manager Experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Adept knowledge of P and L's, budgeting, ordering, inventory, and training.
• Servant leader mentality
• Scratch kitchen experience a plus
• 1-2.5$ million in annual revenue
