Overnight Home Care Giver (CNA, PCA, HHA) ( IMMEDIATE HIRE)

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home support and personalized care for individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patients’ health by observing vital signs, medication adherence, and overall condition, promptly reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals
• Assist with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met while accommodating dietary restrictions
• Support residents with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or transfer belts to ensure safety during movement
• Maintain accurate care plans and document all care activities in compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility standards
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning living areas, laundry, and maintaining a hygienic environment
• Offer emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being and social engagement for residents

Skills

• Proven experience in home & community care or assisted living environments, especially working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
• Familiarity with dementia, Alzheimer’s, memory care, hospice care, and working with people with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
• Certified in CPR and First Aid; experience with emergency response procedures
• Ability to operate mobility aids such as Hoyer lifts and perform heavy lifting safely when necessary
• Strong understanding of HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, residents, and family members
