Line Cook

Dominick's Real Italian is a friendly, family owned and operated neighborhood restaurant with an old fashioned concept. Real Italian food made in the classic way, using traditional family recipes and the finest ingredients served by your "neighbors"!
We are looking for candidates for a Line Cook. Need to have experience working multiple orders at the same time. Knowledge of Italian food is great but not required.

Part time and full time available.
Duties:
•\tLead the other line cooks
•\tMake sure all tasks are getting completed
•\tWork with head chef with featured menu
•\tLearn all aspects of the kitchen
•\tFollow recipes for prep items
•\tReading tickets to make orders
•\tKeeping stations clean and sanitary
•\tLifting 50lbs at a time
Requirements/Skills:
•\tGood communication skills
•\tWell organized and able to multitask
•\tUnderstanding of food safety
•\tAbility to follow recipes
•\tKnife skills
•\tStand for 4-8 hours per shift
