We are hiring an experienced Lead Medical Assistant to join our busy, multi-location medical practice. This position requires flexibility and the ability to travel to all office locations based on staffing needs. Ideal candidates are dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Allergy shot room full-time position
Allergy shot room full-time position
- Administer injections, medications, and treatments per protocol
- Prepare and clean exam rooms following infection-control standards
- Document patient care accurately in the EMR system
- Deliver excellent patient service and maintain professionalism
- Travel between multiple practice locations as scheduled
- Answer Phone messages
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience in a medical office
- Ability and willingness to travel to all office locations (required)
- Strong clinical skills and understanding of patient care workflows
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Comfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR)
Preferred Qualifications
- CMA or RMA certification (preferred, not required)
- Experience in specialty practices (Allergy, ENT, Primary Care, etc.)
- eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience a plus
