Department: Samaritan Clinic

Reports To: Medical Director and Executive Director

Job Summary: The Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and managing clinic staff. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to the clinic’s mission and values.

General Requirements

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Nursing, or related field required. (Preferred)

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive management experience in a healthcare setting.

· Certifications: Current CPR certification required.
