Savvy Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Leader in Mansfield, MA!

Schedule: 3rd Shift

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Leader to join a fast-paced distribution team in Mansfield, MA. This role requires strong forklift experience (Reach Truck required) and the ability to support daily warehouse operations, ensure accuracy in shipments, and help guide and coordinate team activities during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities:

Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products using forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, or other material handling equipment

Safely receive inbound shipments and transport materials to designated storage areas

Pull, pick, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency

Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are complete, accurate, and damage-free

Inspect equipment daily and perform minor maintenance as needed

Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse conditions in compliance with OSHA standards

Verify shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy

Support scheduling and coordinate daily workflow assignments

Communicate effectively with drivers and team members to ensure on-time deliveries

Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and product location management

Maintain productivity standards and complete required reports and documentation

Open and close the facility as needed in the absence of management

Qualifications:

Reach Truck experience required

Previous forklift and warehouse leadership experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work overnight shift consistently

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required in a warehouse environment

Experience with inventory systems and warehouse operations is a plus
