Sub-Contractor apartment repair specialist-handyman, renovation

Preston Builders of Florida LLC. specializes in Multi-Family Community repairs. We are looking for a well rounded Handyman/ Repair expert that can complete various types of repairs.

Individual must have their own company , vehicle (pick up materials) and can provide Certificate of Insurance and workers compensation (or exemption).

Experience in the following areas is required but not limited to:

Plumbing Repairs (tub/ shower drains, mixing valve installs, toilets, p-traps etc)-Required

Drywall repairs (Tape, mud, and finish)-Required

Drywall texture useful but not required

Painting

Light framing

Interior/ Exterior door installation

Basic trim work for doors and baseboards

Demo work

Most work to be performed in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Travel to these areas is required.
