Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and office communications
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation
- Support management and staff with administrative needs and reporting
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained
- Previous experience in office management or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in the trucking, automotive, or equipment industry is a bonus
