Junior-Mid-Level Installer - Wellness systems

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Install sauna and steam room systems, equipment, and custom-built components
• Work from drawings and plans to execute detailed installs
• Assemble, position, and secure mechanical/electrical components
• Coordinate with Project managers and other trades on-site
• Troubleshoot install issues and adjust in real time
• Ensure clean, high-quality finishes
• Maintain job site organization and safety
• Document all work done with pictures and report daily

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of installation, construction, or mechanical experience
• Experience with custom builds / detailed installs (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude (tools, systems, troubleshooting)
• Ability to read plans and execute without constant oversight
• Comfortable working in client-facing, high-end environments
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Open to travel within the USA to job sites.

Field technician or mechanical installation work
