Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of fine dining line cook experience
• Extensive experience working a grill station
• Skilled in butchering and fabricating meats and fish
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and high food quality under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence
• Positive attitude and a true team player
