• Priority given to (Food Safety Manager License) holders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Core Duties

• Operations & QSC Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure strict adherence to company standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
• Sales & Profitability: Actively participate in sales activities to increase revenue and implement cost-control measures to improve store profitability.
• Staff Training: Mentor and train new employees, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage store paperwork, including inventory ordering, weekly cleaning schedules, and employee scheduling.
• Regulatory Compliance: Assist the store in passing health inspections and ensuring all food safety protocols are met.
• Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently operate POS systems (such as Clover) for order processing and accurate cash handling.
