Restaurant Busser

Location: Allure Bar & Lounge

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Busser to join our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant while supporting both the front and back of the house.

Responsibilities:

• Bus and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Run food from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment as needed
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and sanitized
• Assist with taking out trash and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Sweep and mop floors as needed
• Restock supplies and assist the kitchen team when necessary
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Schedule:

• Evening and weekend availability required
• Thursday–Sunday shifts
