The Kitchen Expo plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient dinner service by coordinating food preparation, managing orders, and facilitating team communication. Reporting to the Head Chef, this position focuses on expediting orders to maintain timely delivery while upholding kitchen standards and collaboration among team members.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Salads and dessert food items in accordance with menu specifications
- Coordinate and organize incoming orders for timely expediting
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure order accuracy
- Expedite orders promptly during dinner service shifts
