We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated, professional Automotive Sales Advisor who is ready to earn, grow, and build a long-term career in the car business.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process from start to finish
- Respond to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and walk-ins promptly and professionally
- Build trust with customers by understanding their needs, budget, and vehicle preferences
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, options, history, pricing, and financing opportunities
- Follow up consistently with potential buyers through calls, texts, and email
- Maintain accurate notes, appointments, and customer records in DealerCenter CRM
- Work with management and finance to help customers complete their purchase
- Assist with inventory, photos, videos, lot presentation, and dealership events when needed
- Represent Paragon Automotive with professionalism, honesty, and strong customer service
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Automotive sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person, over the phone, by text, and by email
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Professional appearance and punctuality required
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus
- CRM experience is a plus
- Social media, video, or marketing experience is a plus

Schedule
Full-time position.
Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
One weekday off.
