Casual and Upscale Casual Restaurant General Manager needed for growing Restaurant Group in the Conroe region. The right candidates need to possess a strong passion for customer service, be upbeat, personable, and have a genuine love for hospitality. In addition, likes to work in a fast-paced environment and has a strong bar/beverage background.

Experience:

• 3 years minimum Restaurant General Manager with Bar Management experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Knowledge of P and L's, budgeting, ordering, inventory, and training.
• Servant leader mentality
• Scratch kitchen experience a plus
• 3-5$ million in annual revenue
