We’ve been serving Bay County since 2002 across our three private physical therapy clinics. With our leadership team expanding and a new COO on board, we are looking for a reliable, highly organized Office Manager to run our daily front-desk operations and billing workflows.

Experience with outpatient PT/medical billing a must. Experience with Prompt EMR platform is a huge plus, but it isn't an absolute deal-breaker. If you have a solid background in medical office administration, great communication skills, and a strong work ethic, our team is completely ready to train you and invest in your success.
