POSITION REQUIREMENTS –

Function and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair medium/heavy‐duty trucks
• Work with advanced systems, diagnostics, and modern equipment
• Keep your skills sharp with ongoing Employer Paid OEM training
• Make an impact on a team that values precision, safety, and craftsmanship

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of diesel or heavy duty experience (any make)
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to work efficiently, safely, and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Prior experience in outside sales, account management, or the diesel/heavy-duty truck industry preferred
