JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
%CF; Actively seeks out customers in and outside of dealerships.
%CF; Promptly responds to customer inquiries through CRM and phone.
%CF; Promptly greets all customers entering the dealership - greets with a smile, introduces oneself, shakes customers hands , and guides them through the process.
%CF; Learns and follows OWEN MOTOR GROUP, INC. sales procedures 100% of the time.
%CF; Follows up with customers, sets up appointments, builds productive trusting relationships with customers, and enters into CRM.
%CF; Assesses customer needs and provides assistance and information based on their needs and product knowledge.
%CF; Up sells accessories and service.
%CF; Introduces customers to both parts and service departments 100% of the time.
%CF; Completes four squares and closes deals approved by the Sales Manager.
%CF; Completes CRM daily with no overdue / dormant events.
%CF; Keeps showroom floor models looking perfect and updates the showroom as needed.
%CF; Teams up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
%CF; Takes all required OEM and dealership sales training and maintains 100% completion.
%CF; Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
%CF; Prior Sales experience preferred.
%CF; Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must.
%CF; Proficient in basic math and writing skills.
%CF; Excellent troubleshooting skills.
%CF; Proven customer service track record or obvious desire to provide next level customer service.
%CF; Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment (all while actually ENJOYING your job!!!).
