CDL Driver – Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Ad-Vance Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Driver for one of their prestigious clients. This is a direct hire opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused driver to join their team.

Pay & Perks

• $23–$24 per hour
• $35 per night per diemfor overnight runs
• Paid training with experienced drivers

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles on regional routes
• Complete local and overnight deliveries
• Lift doors and move/drag them to the back of the truck to access customer receiving docks
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries
• Follow all safety and transportation requirements

Route Options

Option 1

• Monday–Tuesday: Overnight North Carolina route
• Wednesday: Chattanooga route
• Thursday–Friday: Overnight North Carolina route

Option 2

• Monday: Knoxville local route
• Tuesday–Wednesday: Overnight Eastern Kentucky route
• Thursday: Knoxville local route
• Friday: I-81 South route

Preferred location:Knoxville, TN and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL and safe driving history
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting and moving products
• Dependable, safety-minded, and customer-focused

Driving Record Requirements

• Review of moving violations and at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
• Maximum of one moving violation OR one at-fault accident in a 12-month period
• Maximum of two total violations within 3 years
• No Type A violations within the past 3 years, including DUI/DWI, license suspension, failure to maintain insurance, excessive points, or other serious violations
