Inventory Control Specialist

$ Pay based on experience

Must have previous experience

Able to pass drug test

Have clean background

Tomball - 77375 area

Primary responsibilities:

Inbound Shipment Duties:

Receive materials in ERP System

Maintain calibration records for measuring equipment as required

Perform receiving inspection in accordance with company procedure using CMM and other measurement tools

Create discrepant material reports and nonconformances

Assist with unloading trucks as required

Inventory Control Duties:

Queue parts for receiving/inspection after unloading

Store received parts in inventory based on locations in ERP system

Assist in locating/relocating existing parts in inventory as required

Assist in job staging process by pulling parts from inventory as needed

Outbound Shipping Duties:

Prepare outbound shipments for collection

General Duties:

Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Commit to satisfying customer needs

Other duties as directed

Training and educational requirements to qualify for this position:

Working knowledge with NetSuite

Knowledgeable in the use of measurement equipment including CMM and other standard tools

Understanding of company Quality Policy and objectives

Forklift certification preferred
