Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle.
• Guide customers through our in-house financing process.
• Follow up with internet, phone, and walk-in leads.
• Build relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be reliable, coachable, and motivated to earn.
