Field Crew Foreman - Structural Steel

We are an AISC-certified structural steel fabricator seeking an experienced Structural Steel Foreman to lead field crews on commercial structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise erection crews.
• Read structural, erection, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate daily work, rigging, equipment, and manpower.
• Work with project managers to keep projects on schedule.
• Enforce safety standards.
• Report daily progress and identify field fit issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of structural steel erection experience.
• Experience leading a steel erection crew.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel and miscellaneous metals, including stairs, railings, and platforms.
• Ability to read structural and erection drawings.
• Valid driver's license.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
