Job Description

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide expert rehabilitation services focusing on musculoskeletal injuries, neurological rehabilitation, geriatric care, and orthopedic conditions. Working within a small team of 1-5 therapists, you will report directly to the Clinic Manager and deliver personalized treatment plans without any travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design and implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
  • Educate patients on rehabilitation processes and pain management strategies
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Provide pain management and rehabilitation services tailored to patient needs

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (CA)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in physical therapy
  • Skilled in patient assessment, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy techniques
  • Strong empathy and time management abilities
