Reach Truck Operator

Savvy Staffing is hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators for a growing warehouse and distribution facility in Clinton, MA. If you have reach truck experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a reach truck to move and store materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
• Put away, retrieve, and stage inventory in warehouse racking systems.
• Pick orders and prepare pallets for customer shipments.
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
• Use handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA guidelines.
• Support general warehouse duties, including labeling, stocking, sorting, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous reach truck experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 30–60 lbs as needed.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team.
