Savvy Staffing is currently hiring Point-to-Point Wiring Technicians in Franklin, MA.

Available Openings: 1st and 2nd Shift

Pay Rate:
$24–$27 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary

Join a manufacturing team responsible for point-to-point wiring, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electronic assemblies. This role requires the ability to accurately wire components according to schematics and wiring diagrams, maintain high-quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with point-to-point wiring, electrical assembly, or electronics manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with hand tools, wire preparation, and cable routing techniques
• Reliable and dependable work ethic

Requirements

• Safety shoes required
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to use hand tools and work with small components while maintaining quality standards
