Rhude & Sons Contracting is looking for an experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead a 3–4 person crew on residential construction projects throughout the Lakes Region and Northern New Hampshire.

We're seeking a motivated leader who can take ownership of projects from start to finish, maintain high-quality workmanship, and keep projects moving efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

'14;️ Lead and manage a 3–4 person crew
'14;️ Coordinate projects from start to finish
'14;️ Read plans and oversee daily jobsite operations
'14;️ Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and suppliers
'14;️ Maintain quality workmanship, safety, and productivity
'14;️ Keep projects moving on schedule and within budget
