Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal Location: Seattle, Washington Schedule: Hybrid (4 days remote / 1 day in-office) Salary: $95,000-$145,000 DOE Employment Type: Direct Hire Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established Seattle law firm to identify an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy transactional practice. This position will work closely with attorneys and clients on commercial real estate financing matters from due diligence through closing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Draft, revise, and maintain loan and financing documents for commercial real estate transactions
- Conduct litigation, bankruptcy, UCC, and other due diligence searches related to financing matters
- Prepare, file, and manage UCC financing statements and related filings
- Coordinate transaction closings, including preparation of closing documents and closing binders
- Review, organize, and maintain due diligence materials and transaction files
- Ensure executed documents are properly collected, organized, and distributed following closing
- Track deadlines and assist with transaction management throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Support attorneys with additional transactional and administrative projects as needed
- Prior experience supporting a high-volume transactional, real estate, finance, or commercial lending practice
- Experience reviewing title reports, surveys, and other real estate due diligence materials
- Strong document drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, and PDF editing software
- Experience working with document management systems preferred
- Excellent project management, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment and handling occasional overtime as needed
Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
