Kitchen/Culinary Manager-Bar and Grill

Established full-service Bar & Grill is looking for a Kitchen/Culinary Manager for the Fort Worth area. Our modern, Fort Worth-themed establishment strives to be a fun, family-friendly neighborhood place where we have something for everyone! Starting salary up to $75k depending on experience! Great opportunity to get-in with a growing restaurant group!

Must have knowledge of:

Fresh foods preparation, from breakdown to presentation
Scratch cooking
Menu and special development
Costing
Also must be able to run and hone kitchen operations as a leader and mentor, teaching staff to create great meals!

This position requires a 5-day work week with 40-46 hours, with a min. of 3 years KM experience in a busy full-service restaurant environment.
