Adult Outpatient Therapist - (LMSW/LLMSW/LPC/LLPC)

Job Details:

• Title: Adult Outpatient Therapist (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC / LLPC / LLP / TLLP)

• Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
• Schedule: Days | 37.5 hours per week
• Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (some evening and weekend hours may be required)

Pay is based on licensure and experience

• Fully Licensed: $29.47 – $39.67/hour (Based on experience) + Benefits
• Limited Licensed: $27.22 – $36.63/hour (Based on experience) + Benefits

Regular program hours include:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Flexible scheduling is available based on program needs.

-> Position Overview:

We are seeking a Master’s-level Adult Outpatient Therapist to provide outpatient mental health and co-occurring substance use treatment services for adults and families. Candidates must hold a degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and possess the corresponding State of Michigan license.

-> Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake evaluations and behavioral health assessments
• Develop and document person-centered treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community supports
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and case consultations
• Coordinate discharge planning and case closure activities
• Meet all agency, state licensure, and funding requirements

-> Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Active Michigan license: LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, or TLLP
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness (fieldwork/internship may count)
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Must obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential within 120 days of hire
• Candidates requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered
