Vice President of Construction Operations-Multiple Divisions

Vice President of Construction operations provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for four commercial construction divisions, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, client satisfaction, safety, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading Division Managers, Project Executives, Operational Managers and support teams while driving standardization, accountability, and performance across all business units.
• Develop and execute company-wide operational strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Establish annual bonus plans, budgets, and performance goals for each division.
• Drive expansion into new markets and service offerings.
• Identify operational efficiencies and implement best practices across all divisions.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop long term growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, architects, engineers, and industry partners
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and market expansion.
• Oversee company-wide safety initiatives and risk management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual, legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.

​Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, 15+ years of commercial construction business experience
• Minium 10+ years in senior leadership or executive management roles.
• Demonstrated success overseeing multiple construction business units or regional operations.
• Proficiency with construction management software and ERP systems
• Experience scaling commercial construction organizations.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or integration of business units.
• Strong contract negotiation and risk management skills.
• Proven P&L management experience annual revenue targets.
