Experienced Freight Broker - Refrigerated & Produce

Dardini Logistics Services is looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to keep freight moving.

This is more than a customer service role. You'll manage an established book of business, work directly with customers and carriers, negotiate rates, solve problems, and help grow existing accounts, all while earning a competitive base salary plus monthly commission.

What You'll Do

• Manage an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
• Coordinate freight from pickup through delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers and carriers.
• Negotiate transportation rates and maximize profitability.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Dispatch.
• Deliver exceptional customer service every day.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of freight brokerage required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, and team oriented.
• Experience with TMS software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
