Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence

• Patient Care: Warmly greet and escort patients to exam rooms, preparing them for their visit with the provider.
• Clinical Support: Perform routine clinical tasks and assessments to effectively support the medical staff.
• Vitals & History: Accurately measure vital signs and document patient medical history.

Administrative & Operations

• Workflow Management: Handle routine administrative duties efficiently to maintain an optimal clinic flow.
• Insurance Coordination: Communicate confidently with insurance companies to support proper billing, verification, and authorization procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain precise and secure patient records while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in healthcare administration, clinical medical assisting, or a closely related medical field.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with medical billing procedures and health insurance workflows.
• Adaptability: The ability to thrive, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Core Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills (both with patients and insurance representatives).
