Barista

Requirements

Applicants must be dependable and available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed. Previous experience in customer service, food service, or as a barista is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person. Candidates should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal team member is friendly, hardworking, maintains a clean and organized workspace, follows directions, works well with others, and is committed to providing excellent customer service. Applicants should be comfortable preparing coffee drinks , operating the register, restocking inventory, cleaning and assisting with daily café responsibilities.

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential to support our café operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee drinks, smoothies, and frappes following standardized recipes
• Provide excellent customer service and take orders accurately
• Operate cash register and handle transactions
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines
• Assist with daily café duties to ensure smooth operation
