Sales and Marketing Administrator

Dockside Builders is a fast-growing marine construction company specializing in custom docks, seawalls, boat lifts, marinas, and waterfront construction throughout Florida. We’re looking for a highly motivated, organized, and driven Sales & Marketing Administrator who wants to be part of building something exceptional.

This is more than an office job—we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and helps generate new business while keeping our sales and marketing efforts running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new leads through phone calls, email campaigns, networking, and online marketing.
• Manage our social media presence and create engaging content showcasing completed projects.
• Assist with preparing proposals, estimates, and customer presentations.
• Follow up with homeowners, builders, engineers, HOAs, municipalities, and commercial clients.
• Maintain and organize our CRM database and customer records.
• Schedule appointments for the owner and sales team.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, advertising, and community outreach.
• Help maintain and update our website and online listings.
• Represent Dockside Builders with professionalism and outstanding customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with potential clients.
• Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Construction, marine, or home improvement industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
