Versailles Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Floor Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

What You’ll DoClean, maintain, and restore hard-surface flooring and carpeting throughout the facility
Strip, wax, buff, burnish, and polish floors
Operate floor-care equipment, including buffers, scrubbers, carpet extractors, and vacuums
Perform routine carpet cleaning and spot treatment
Follow established cleaning schedules and infection-control procedures
Maintain floor-care equipment and report repair needs promptly
Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies
Assist the housekeeping team with additional duties as needed
Help ensure resident rooms, hallways, common areas, and other spaces remain clean and presentable
Previous floor-care, housekeeping, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred
Experience operating commercial floor-care equipment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to safely lift, bend, push, pull, and remain active throughout the shift
Willingness to follow safety, infection-control, and facility procedures
A respectful and compassionate attitude toward residents and coworkers
