What You'll Do

• Assist in preparing dough, batters, and fillings according to established recipes and quality standards
• Support bakers with shaping, proofing, and baking various bread, pastries, and specialty items
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent, high-quality results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment throughout your shift
• Package and label finished products with attention to detail and presentation
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of baking supplies
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Follow all food safety and health regulations consistently

What We're Looking For

• Passion for baking and a genuine interest in learning the craft
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, kneading, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work early morning shifts
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and following recipes
• Food handling certification or willingness to obtain one

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and bread types
• Experience with commercial baking equipment
• Bilingual capabilities
• Customer service experience
