Location: Irvine, CA | 100% Onsite

Employment: Full-time, temp-to-hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour, plus overtime eligibility
Physical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Position Summary

Quest International is seeking an organized and dependable Inventory / Warehouse Clerk to receive, store, pick, ship, and document products, parts, supplies, and repair units.

This position requires accurate data entry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow warehouse, safety, ISO, and documentation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive products, parts, supplies, and repair units.
• Verify packing lists, quantities, return authorizations, and product information.
• Place inventory in the correct warehouse bin locations.
• Pick and prepare orders accurately.
• Enter receiving, shipping, and inventory activity into ERP or warehouse systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and product locations.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Support shipping, receiving, Quality, and Operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow ISO procedures, Good Documentation Practices, safety requirements, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, shipping, inventory, warehousing, or order fulfillment.
• Experience picking orders and entering information into ERP, inventory, or warehouse systems.
• Experience reviewing packing lists, received materials, or shipping documentation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong data-entry, organization, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and operate warehouse equipment as required.
• Compensation expectations within the approved $21.00–$23.00 hourly range.

Preferred Experience

Experience in an ISO-regulated, medical-device, electronics, OEM, repair-center, or manufacturing warehouse environment is preferred.
